Bisquick Lasagne Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick mix
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in dish.
Mix beef, herbs, paste and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.
Spoon evenly over top.
Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper with wire whisk until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into dish.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (30 to 35 minutes).
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
