Chocolate Mousse(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 c. fine (bar) sugar
    8 oz. bittersweet chocolate (not chocolate chips)
    1 pt. heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur
    drop of lemon juice or very small pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Over double boiler, mix egg whites and sugar and dissolve sugar (whites should be warm, not hot).
    Add a drop of lemon juice and whip whites to stiff peaks.
    Chop chocolate and melt over double boiler; cool slightly.
    Fold chocolate into egg whites.
    Whip heavy cream stiff.
    Fold in liqueur.
    Fold whipped cream into chocolate mix.
    Divide into 6 glasses.
    Top with whipped cream.
