Chili Con Carne With Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or vegeburger
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. 12 oz. can whole tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
15 1/2 oz. kidney beans (undrained)
Preparation

Brown ground beef or vegeburger.
Saute onions and green pepper until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except the kidney beans.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours.
Stir occasionally or cook, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Stir in beans last 15 minutes.
Serves 6.
