Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    4 stalks celery
    1 small head cabbage
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Brown hamburger. Drain. Set aside. Finely chop onion. Finely chop celery. Finely chop cabbage. Cook onion, celery and cabbage 15 minutes. Drain well. Cool. Add hamburger. Add black pepper. Add garlic powder. Add soy sauce. Mix real good. Put in wrappers. Wet edges. Roll up. Deep-fry at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
