Chicken Marseilles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation

Cut breasts into fillets.
Dip fillets into flour and fry in 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.
Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and spices together.
Warm and serve over the top of the chicken fillets. Garnish with lemon slices.
