Romany Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 c. castor sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    milk chocolate
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, salt and coconut. Dissolve cocoa in boiling water and add.
    Place teaspoonfuls on greased baking tray. Bake in moderate oven for 6 minutes.
    Melt chocolate over boiling water or in a microwave oven at defrost. Spread between biscuits.
