Puto Mays(Rice Balls - Philippines Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sweet rice or sticky rice
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. Baker's coconut flakes
Preparation

Cook rice according to the package.
Form rice into a ball about the size of regular meat balls.
Then roll rice in sugar. Then roll it again in Baker's coconut flakes.
Serve.
