Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    2 1/2 c. milk, divided
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine rice, 2 cups milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and raisins. Bring to boil; stir. Reduce heat; boil slowly 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
