Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water until tender.
    Strain. In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Stir in mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add zucchini.
    Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes 6 servings.
