Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken breast, boiled and cut in pieces
    8 oz. small noodles, cooked in broth (save 1 c. broth in case mixture is too thick)
    1 c. celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
    1 (2 oz.) can red pimento, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. grated chunk Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute celery and onion in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients. Add to cooked noodles and chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 long enough to brown.
    Makes 20 servings.
