Tandoori Chicken(Serves 10 People) - cooking recipe

10 pieces chicken
1 lb. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
2 tsp. curry powder
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
Preparation

Skin the chicken pieces and score them deeply.
Mix thoroughly chili and curry powder, tomato paste, salt and yogurt.
Marinate chicken pieces in the mixture for four to five hours.
(If desired, this can be marinated in the refrigerator overnight.)
Arrange the chicken pieces in the baking pan and pour the remaining excess marinade over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, occasionally basting.
Drain well; brush melted butter and grill or broil for 5 minutes.
Delicious Tandoori Chicken is ready!
