Sugarless Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. allspice
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 c. persimmon puree
2 c. raisins or 1 c. raisins and 1 c. chopped dates
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat Crisco, sweetener and eggs together well.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in puree, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
