Lemon Basil Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. minced lemon basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    sea salt and white pepper to taste
    1/4 c. tarragon or rosemary vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and whisk well until thoroughly blended.
    Add chicken breasts and marinate for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.
    Chicken may be oven-broiled, pan-broiled or grilled using the marinade mixture as a baste. Cook approximately 15 minutes or until a fork inserted into the thickest part releases a clear white fluid when withdrawn.
    Serves 2.
