Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, beaten
    16 oz. shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
    1/2 c. chopped onions (regular or green onions)
    1 can chopped mushrooms (canned are better than fresh)
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. backfin crab meat
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray large shallow baking dish with Pam.
    Mix ingredients in following order: Bisquick, milk, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, cheese, mushrooms, crab meat and salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until light brown on top.
    Let set before serving.
    Cut in squares and top with sour cream.
