Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fat
    1 lb. 8 oz. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. mashed bananas
    6 eggs
    1 lb. 8 oz. cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream fat, sugar and vanilla (medium speed) 10 minutes. Add bananas and eggs. Mix (medium speed) 5 minutes. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with sour milk (low speed). Mix (medium speed). Bake.
