Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken base
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops slowly, but not too brown.
    Saute onion in grease where chops were cooked.
    In a large baking dish, mix all ingredients together and lay pork chops on top.
    Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
