Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3 c. sage and onion stuffing croutons
    4 eggs or Egg Beaters
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Butter a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle half of the corn in the bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle half of shredded cheeses over corn.
    Cover with half of croutons.
    Repeat with remaining corn, cheeses and croutons (making 2 layers).
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Press down gently; make sure croutons are moistened.
    Dot with butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 300\u00b0 oven or until golden brown and puffed.
