Very Low-Fat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) container nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. egg substitute or 4 egg whites
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. old fashioned or Quick oats
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. pureed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly coat 2 (9-inch) loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
    Set aside.
    The recipe also will make 4 (3 1/2 x 2-inch) mini loaves.
