Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper (red and green mixed)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saut onions and peppers in margarine. Mix all ingredients, stirring gently. Pour into greased 3-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
