Baked Apple Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    5 apples, peeled and sliced
    2 c. sliced, cooked carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Combine and blend flour and sugar; layer 1/2 of apples in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover with 1/2 carrots.
    Sprinkle with a small amount of flour and sugar mixture.
    Dot with margarine.
    Repeat layers.
    Pour orange juice over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
