Chicken With Feta Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryers
juice of 2 lemons
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. chicken livers
1 lb. Feta cheese, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. water
Preparation

Wash chickens and rub with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut chicken livers in half and place in bowl.
Add cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings.
Let stand to marinate for 1 hour. Then stuff chickens and secure firmly with skewers. Arrange in baking pan and brush with melted butter.
Add water to pan and bake at 375\u00b0, basting and turning chickens frequently until tender and browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
