Chicken In Spicy Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix garlic, paprika and salt in bowl.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Rub with garlic mixture; let stand for 15 minutes.
    Cook in hot oil in large skillet for 7 to 8 minutes or until brown on both sides.
    Spoon mixture of half and half and lemon juice over chicken.
    Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until tender, turning once.
    Place chicken on warm serving dish.
    Spoon sauce over top; garnish with parsley.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
