Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
dash of pepper
dash of salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can mushroom gravy
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine 1/4 can of the mushroom soup with all the ingredients except the water and the mushroom gravy.
Shape into patties. Arrange in shallow pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining mushroom soup and water.
Pour this and the mushroom gravy over the patties and bake another 10 minutes.
