Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops of Tabasco
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    clove of garlic
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and heat to boiling; remove garlic.
    Dip meats in sauce before broiling or roasting or use to baste during roasting.
    Approximate yield:
    2 cups sauce.
