Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lettuce heads, cut up
6 chopped tomatoes
4 lb. hamburger
2 to 3 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
2 large bags nacho cheese chips, crushed
4 cans kidney beans
3 to 4 large bottles Russian salad dressing
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain.
Set aside to cool.
When it is fully cooled, add grated cheese, kidney beans and tomatoes.
Add just before serving the crushed nacho chips and salad dressing. That way it won't get soggy.
Mix well.
