Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 squash
1 egg
1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
1 onion
Preparation

Boil squash and onion until soft.
Salt and pepper.
Drain squash.
In mixing bowl add squash, butter, cheese, egg and half of broken crackers.
Pour mixture into baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
