Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt until the size of small peas.
    Add water, a little at a time.
    Gather dough into a ball. Cut into 12 parts.
    Roll into balls; brush with shortening. Cover; let rest a few minutes.
    Roll into circles; cook on dry, hot griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook about 2 minutes and turn.
    Cook an additional minute.
