Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) brisket
    liquid smoke
    celery salt
    nutmeg
    paprika
    garlic salt
    meat tenderizer
    2 1/4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    2 1/2 c. K.C. Masterpiece barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper and salt
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle both sides of the brisket liberally with the following:
    liquid smoke, celery salt, nutmeg, paprika, garlic salt and meat tenderizer.
    Wrap in heavy-duty foil and leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours, preferably overnight.
    Cook in foil in large, shallow pan for about 3 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool; drain juice, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    Slice brisket and set aside.
