Butter Pecan Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oleo or butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients, mixing well.
    Reserve 1/3 cup mixture; firmly press remaining mixture on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy; gradually add 1 1/2 cups sugar and mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each.
    Add sour cream and flavorings; mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 300\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Chill.
