Bobka - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour.
Add milk to beaten egg.
Stir into flour.
Wrap and chill.
Divide dough in half and roll.
Divide the meat mixture and spread on each piece of dough like a jelly roll.
Place on a greased pan and bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 minutes. Slice to serve.
