Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
5 potatoes
2 bell peppers
4 carrots
1/2 head cabbage
2 cans bean sprouts, drained
1/2 onion, chopped
long green onions
garlic powder
salt
pepper
egg roll wrappers (thin ones)
Preparation

Brown meat with 1/2 onion and the garlic powder; drain.
Saute green onions separately.
Julienne all vegetables and saute just until soft.
Drain on paper towels (can steam vegetables to avoid fat).
Mix all together.
Put in wrappers and moisten edges to seal.
Deep fry until brown.
Freezes well.
