Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 cut up chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of large baking dish.
    Roll chicken in melted butter; place on rice.
    Mix chicken soup, water, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
