Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loose sausage meat
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook, drain and crumble sausage.
    Cool completely and mix with other ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
    Can be frozen and reheated at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
