Hawaiian Style Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up chicken, legs, thighs and breasts
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Marinate chicken overnight in all of the ingredients up to pineapple chunks.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for an hour until done. During the last 15 minutes, add the pineapple chunks, oranges and almonds and continue to bake.
    Serve with rice.
