Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 lb. chicken parts, skinned
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk.
    Roll chicken in flour mix.
    Place in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake for 10 more minutes.
    Mix soup and 1 cup buttermilk.
    Pour mix over chicken.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Continue to bake until chicken is tender.
