Honey Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. chopped almonds
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. mashed banana
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 2/3 cup almonds in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine egg, banana, milk and oil. Add to dry mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased and floured muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from pans immediately.
Combine honey and butter, mixing well. Dip top of muffin in honey mixture
and sprinkle with almonds.
Yields 14 muffins.
