Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter, then blend sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour.
    Mix by hand.
    If batter is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of milk.
    Mix well and drop cookie mixture with a teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake about 10 minutes or until done.
