Chicken Verona - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried bread crumbs, finely chopped
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
pinch of dried mustard
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 clove garlic, minced
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and mustard.
Mix melted butter with garlic.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter mixture, dredge in the crumb mixture and arrange in layers in pans.
Sprinkle remaining butter over chicken and bake 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to one hour.
