Hi-Protein Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. rolled oats
Preparation
    Heat water, honey, margarine and cottage cheese until 120\u00b0. Add 2 cups flour, eggs, salt, oats, nuts and yeast.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in remaining flour to form a soft dough.
    Knead dough on floured surface for 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and cover.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch dough down.
    Form 2 balls and let rest for 15 minutes.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Place in pans and cover; let rise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
