Impossible Zucchini And Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch quiche dish or pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.
Sprinkle zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
