minute steaks
flour
salt and pepper
1/4 c. Crisco
2 c. water

Preparation

Salt and pepper minute steaks.\tRoll in flour.\tPut in skillet with melted Crisco.
Brown on both sides.
Add 2 cups water over steaks.\tPut lid on skillet and let simmer about 20 minutes.
