Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
6 c. mashed cooked winter squash
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. butter, melted
nutmeg
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Add other ingredients in order given (not nutmeg).
Beat egg whites stiff and fold into the mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole and sprinkle nutmeg on the top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
