Barbecued Ribs(5 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pork spareribs
    water
    2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. reconstituted lemon juice
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In large pan with cover, cook ribs in boiling water 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
    In medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove ribs to grill.
    Turn often and brush with sauce.
    Chicken may be used instead of ribs.
