Moist Apple Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced or cubed apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and nuts together; let stand for 1 hour. Sift flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and soda together; add to apple mixture alternately with oil, vanilla and eggs.
Pour batter into tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Wrap in aluminum foil to keep moist.
