Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large ripe bananas
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the oil, sugar and eggs. Add buttermilk, soda, salt and vanilla alternately with the flour.
    Beat well and add mashed bananas. Blend well.
    Put into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
