Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together by hand.
Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cake will crack slightly on top.
Cool in pan for 1 hour before removing.
Can be iced with cream cheese frosting, if desired.
