Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 bunch chives, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces and mixed
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients (except vegetables) in a deep bowl until well combined.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
