30 Minute Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground deer (lean) or beef
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    black pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 clove garlic (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion and jalapenos in oil. Add meat after browning. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, black pepper, chili powder and red pepper. Cover.
    Cook on medium heat. When meat has cooked 10 to 15 minutes, add corn. Cook over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes, covered. Serve over elbow macaroni, rice or boiled diced potatoes. Serves 3 to 5 depending how much rice you use.
    If red pepper and jalapenos are both used, it may be warmish!
