Cashew Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 c. cashews, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. bacon, cooked & drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Preparation

Thaw frozen peas under running water. Drain & combine next five ingredients. Mix sour cream and ranch dressing. Pour over pea mixture; toss gently. Refrigerate until chilled.
