Joy'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 pt. half and half (cream)
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cut up ham
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    broccoli, onions or green pepper to suit taste (optional)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    eggs, well beaten, salt and pepper together.
    Line a 9-inch
    pie dish with prepared shell.
    Sprinkle cheese, ham and whatever
    else
    desired
    on bottom of pie shell.
    Add egg mixture. Bake
    at
    425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; set oven back to 325\u00b0 and
    bake for 40 minutes longer.
    Done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.\tServes 8.
